It was this frame-by-frame action deal with the light warriors from FF1, set to "Ahead on our Way" from FF5. I'm pretty sure I got to it from a link at nuklearpower.com a few years ago.
(one of the first few things was the"fighter" tweening a little from the bottom right into the center in a pose like the one I've illustrated below (I'm pretty sure about that time the music did its first trumpet "bababaa"))
